I love Dave Ramsey’s Envelope System. Completely! Since my wife and I started following this method, we have cut our wasteful spending by as much as $400 per month. It is amazing how much money slowly trickles away when you are not paying attention.

I actually bought a nice wallet for my wife, from Dave’s website, since she really wanted one. We were using plain white envelopes but we agreed she needed something more permanent to reflect our new attitude. I sold something on eBay to pay for it, so don’t worry about me wasting money. I wish I would have waiting since I ran across these today. My wife would have absolutely loved them.

This is what makes America the greatest place in the world to live. People continue to complain about how the economy is beating them down. Why not fight back like this?
