Generating comments on your blog is extremely important. In my personal opinion, comments are a way to gauge how engaged your readers are. It tells you whether or not you have struck a nerve with those readers that stop by to see what you are rambling about.

Some bloggers try to be controversial. Controversy tends to create tons of comments. I tend to shy away from these type of posts. I would rather just talk about what is important to me.

Some bloggers kiss up to their readers, basically begging for comments. Again, not really my style, but whatever works for them is fine with me.

To me, if you want comments, you need to write about what you are passionate about. I love creating passive streams of income.  It is what I do for fun. I hope this comes across to my readers - all 4 of you If you ever feel moved to comment - please do so. I do not screen the comments, but I do moderate them since I get some much spam.
